We are seeking an experienced **HSE Officer** to join our team for a **Facilities Management project with Saudi Aramco in Ras Tanura**. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met with excellence, working within one of the Kingdom’s most prestigious environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and enforce robust HSE policies and procedures tailored to the Ras Tanura facilities management project.
- Carry out regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying and mitigating hazards effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Thabit’s internal HSE policies, Saudi Aramco requirements, and Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Deliver engaging HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.
- Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and safety violations; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Saudi Aramco representatives to maintain project-specific HSE compliance.
- Develop and manage site-specific HSE documentation—including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A minimum of **4 years of HSE experience** in facilities management, industrial, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
- Certification such as **NEBOSH IGC**, **OSHA**, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian HSE standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, essential for fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective safety documentation and training.
