Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Al-Khobar, SA
- Responsibility for managing resourcing delivery for a particular function / specialism / business area,
working with Hiring Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements
- Attend relevant resource meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on vacancy progress, discuss assessment outcomes and obtain resourcing lookahead
- Actively and professionally promotes vacancies and employer brand to relevant audience via available media channels
- Identify and recommend most effective assessment method for particular role/specialism and effectively utilise tools available
following an interview
- Interface with P&O on contractual queries and coordinate response
- Proactive in ontaining accurate forecast data and developing and maintaining a pipeline of suitably
qualified and available talent for current and future projects
- Provides feedback from particular business area on aspects of the resourcing process requiring
improvement or elements that are particularly effective
- Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours

Skills / Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 3- 5 years’ experience recruiting for global multinational companies
- Good command of both Arabic and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience in Oil and Gas, Mining and / or Engineering is preferred
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and strong teamwork with the ability of working autonomously
- Confident Recruiter with proven interpersonal and communication skills which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business
- Proven capability of managing workload and meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
- Strong IT skills to manipulate, format and present data in meaningful reports to make educated business decisions
- Proven track record of using social media to attract and manage talent
- A high level of numeracy and commercial awareness is essential
- A good knowledge of Global Mobility and compensation practices
