**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and configure new equipment, including asset tagging, assignment, and tracking.
- Manage the creation of new users, assignment of Access Control Lists (ACLs), and user onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Monitor hardware and software stock levels and place order requests as needed.
- Maintain endpoint security, ensure software updates and patching are up-to-date.
- Generate monthly endpoint health check reports.
- Verify that the correct security features and licensing are enabled for Avamels employees.
- Respond to on-site incidents and activities at Avamels Printing Solutions’ offices.
- Monitor and maintain configuration backups of infrastructure components.
- Respond to Security Operations Center (SOC) alerts and reported incidents, taking remedial action where necessary.
- Produce monthly infrastructure health check reports.
- Maintain, update, and review Avamels’s asset register.
- Conduct monthly Active Directory (AD) reviews and system access reviews.
- Prepare and configure hardware for customer installations and projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for the design and planning of infrastructure environments.
- Monitor and maintain hardware used for the delivery of Managed Security Services (MSS).
- Provide both on-site and off-site technical support for customer projects and MSS installations.
- Oversee the KSA corporate and MSS infrastructure environment.
- Propose security and cost-saving initiatives across both corporate and MSS infrastructures.
- Upgrade software on security devices and network equipment.
- Report task and project status to project managers, line managers, and other relevant parties.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on resolving user-reported IT requests.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Domains, Office365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD.
- Proficiency in maintaining endpoint operating systems and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
- Strong knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Understanding of information security concepts and related technologies.
- Microsoft certification and other infrastructure technology certifications are a plus.
- Ability to create structured documentation and diagramming.
- Excellent organizational skills, particularly in enterprise support and ITIL processes.
- Capability to identify problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to identify new work areas and self-govern goals and tasks.
