As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize our short
- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities. You will collaborate with customers and teams to coordinate well planning activities across our organization. You will take ownership to ensure we deliver successful well configurations to our customers.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 4 years Bachelor's in Engineering degree from an accredited university
- Have minimum 12+ years in open hole and cased hole completion
- Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Be able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders
- Have a Saudi or EX Baker Hughes experience is preferred.
