**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the hospitality industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clients' needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while meeting targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintaining client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 3 years experience in outside sales, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the mattress and bedding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region for client meetings.
