4-10 year experience as a tendering/estimation engineer in Saudi Arabia. Preferred Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering. Strong communication skills. Handles pressure. Good English and Arabic communication skills. He will be expected to do the following tasks: - 1- Preparing BOQ and performing quantities take off from the bidding documents. 2- Conducting site visits and reporting the findings of the visits to the projects manager to understand the site conditions before submitting our bids. 3- Preparing technical and commercial proposal. 4- Communicating technical queries and attending clarification meetings with the potential clients/ designers when required. 5- Estimating the cost of executing each item in the BOQs using quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers and his experience in fit out project. 6- Being familiar with the general specifications and the market requirements. 7- Reporting the risks and hazards associated to fit outs activities to the projects manager and proposing appropriate risk management approaches. 8- Prepare and submit Project Time Schedule. 9- Prepare Procurement and Shop drawing schedule with coordination of procurement and Design and engineering Officer. 10- Follow to procurement regarding to finalize the Contracts. 11- Prepare tendering documents for both public and private projects. 12- Study the projects from "Etimad" platform and select suitable projects to bid for. **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Language**: - English (required)
