Role Overview:

The Head of Finance will lead Infinite pl's finance function across all subsidiaries and business units, ensuring robust governance, operational excellence, and financial discipline. This role combines strategic foresight with executional leadership, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and Audit Committee, the Head of Finance will provide trusted insights and financial stewardship, supporting Infinite pl's transformation and long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and capital management.
  • Oversee IPO readiness, compliance with IFRS/SOCPA/ZATCA, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage finance operations, treasury, and risk across all subsidiaries.
  • Partner with business units on pricing, contracts, and profitability.
  • Drive finance transformation, automation, and scalability.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
  • Saudi national with 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership.
  • Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA/CFA/CMA preferred).
  • Strong expertise in governance, compliance, and capital markets.
  • Exposure to IPO, M&A, or digital/tech/logistics sectors highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
