Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Guest Relations based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing guest interactions to ensure exceptional experiences, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored services to VVIPs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining superior customer service, coordinating guest needs, and communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage interactions and ensure outstanding experiences.
  • Strong Communication and Customer.
  • Experience skills to effectively address client needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Sales experience and the ability to identify opportunities to promote services effectively.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic settings.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, any other language is a plus.
