Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency service on X-ray systems
  • Deliver customer training and support, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Complete service documentation and reporting via Oracle and mobile tools
  • Collaborate with peers and assist in field training of junior engineers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience servicing complex capital equipment (X-ray experience preferred)
  • Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical background
  • Strong skills in analog/digital systems, networking, and software protocols
  • Excellent communication, independence, and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
