We are building a small,elite team to work onsite with the client, embedded in their organization andsupported by IPMO Consulting's global network of senior experts in strategy, project, program, and PMO management. Your Role: What You'll DoAs a ProjectManagement Consultant, you will beinvolved in every aspect of project portfolio management including:Strategic Execution & Alignment· Proven ability todrive strategic alignment and benefit realization across sector -wideinitiatives.· Experience managingcomplex projects with multiple interdependencies, ensuring coordination andalignment across teams.PM/O & Governance Expertise· Strong knowledge andhands -on experience in PM/Oenvironments, including familiaritywith best practices in projectgovernance.· Demonstrated successin monitoring, maintaining, and improving project management processes withinorganizations.Risk, Change & Quality Management· Practical experiencemanaging risks, issues, change requests, andconducting quality assurance reviews across programs or portfolios.· Skilled inimplementing and operating enterpriseportfolio management tools (EPM/PPM) to support strategic oversight.Data & Tool Proficiency· Expert in Microsoft Excel for cost -benefitanalysis and project/portfolio reporting.· Experience in trackingproject performance using EPM tools and producing data -driven insights.Leadership & Analytical Skills· Excellent communicatorat the top level of management· Excellent analyticaland decision -making skills· Demonstratedleadership in transformation settings, with a proven track record of deliveringresults.· Strong conflictresolution and problem -solving capabilities.
