As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will not just manage accounts—you will architect and dominate our market position. You will diagnose the core challenges our clients face and build a commercial engine that positions Alpha Advanced as the undisputed partner for reliability and expertise. You won't just manage a pipeline; you will build a predictable, high-velocity sales machine and a brand that commands trust and premium value.

  • Driving Revenue Growth:
    Consistently exceed sales targets for both new customer acquisition and existing account growth, directly contributing to the company's market share expansion.

    Autonomously generate and maintain a sales pipeline that provides
    4x coverage
    of the quarterly sales quota, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue.
  • Establishing Market Leadership:
    Achieve a dramatic increase in brand awareness, making Alpha Advanced the first-choice partner for heavy equipment rental solutions in our core markets.
  • Optimizing Fleet Profitability:
    Deliver actionable insights that align sales and marketing strategies with our highest-utilization, highest-margin equipment, maximizing the return on our asset fleet.

1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • Accountability:
    Own the entire sales cycle, from lead to close. Develop and execute strategies to win new business and deepen relationships with key accounts.
  • KPIs:
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Increase the average contract value by 15%.
  • Improve the sales win rate by 20%.

2. Strategic Marketing & Lead Acquisition

  • Accountability:
    Own the top of the funnel. Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand authority and generate a consistent, high-quality flow of leads.
  • KPIs:
  • Increase the volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by 30% year-over-year.
  • Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) by 15% through targeted campaigns and channel optimization.
  • Grow organic website traffic from key industry segments by 60%.

3. Brand Building & Market Presence

  • Accountability:
    Own the company's reputation as an industry leader. Build a brand asset that justifies premium pricing and makes customer acquisition more efficient.
  • KPIs:
  • Increase our market share in target segments by 10%.
  • Improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS) by +12 points.
  • Grow our share of voice in key industry publications and digital channels by 20%.

4. Commercial ROI & Budget Management

  • Accountability:
    Own the combined sales & marketing budget. Ensure every dollar spent drives a positive return and contributes directly to commercial goals.
  • KPIs:
  • Achieve a combined Sales & Marketing Return on Investment (ROI) of 6:1 or higher.
  • Manage the departmental budget within ± 5% of the allocated plan.
