Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving set sales targets. They will lead the sales team and provide guidance to achieve the desired results. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement a strategic sales plan, manage the sales team, and maintain good relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through the effective management of the sales team.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the sales department, including the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, including setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring performance.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through regular communication, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activity, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
