Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:
To plan, develop, and oversee the execution of the company's marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Marketing Manager will lead the team in promoting the company's brand, and services, driving customer engagement, and increasing market share while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.
Responsibilities:
•
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to support the company's goals.
•
Align marketing activities with the overall business strategy and sales objectives.
•
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, and events to drive customer engagement and sales in collaboration with a service provider.
•
Prepare and monitor the marketing activity budget with sign off from the CSO on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
•
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations.
•
Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
•
Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
•
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, trends, and competitor activities.
•
Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials in collaboration with a service provider.
•
Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful collaborations in coordination with Admin department.
•
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
•
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
•
Develop regular reports to the CSO and provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in real estate, investment, or related industries is preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and market research.
- Strong analytical skills and creativity.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
