Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support.Improve clinical and administrative processes for better performance. Ensure high -quality patient care and compliance with medical standards.Coordinate resources and monitor operational budgets.Analyze operational performance and implement improvements.Communicate effectively with management, staff, and patients. RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree4–6 years of experience in healthcare centers or physiotherapy clinics.Male preferred, but female candidates are also acceptable.Saudi preferred, but other Arab nationalities are acceptable.Proficientin English
