Job Overview:
Our client, a leading ultra-luxury events and banqueting company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee luxury banqueting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile banqueting events, maintaining exceptional standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex banqueting operations and leading teams in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of luxury banqueting operations, ensuring flawless execution of high-profile events.
- Coordinate with culinary teams, event managers, and service staff to align resources, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and standards to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation while maintaining premium service standards.
- Oversee logistics including equipment, staffing, inventory, and vendor coordination for banqueting operations.
- Provide on-site leadership during events, proactively resolving challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop banqueting teams to maintain consistent service excellence and operational precision.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in luxury banqueting, event operations, or high-end hospitality management.
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, large teams, and multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and cost control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Deep knowledge of luxury banqueting and service protocols.
- Proficiency in operational management tools and event management systems is highly valued.
