Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Product Developer (Tamheer Trainee)
 to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, product innovation, and service improvement. This opportunity is offered under the 
Tamheer Program
 by HRDF for Saudi nationals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and improving digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations) to define product requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of product development cycles.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Participate in testing, feedback collection, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and product presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Eligible for the 
    Tamheer Program
     through HRDF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of product development cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
