Our partner is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Cards Management Systems and the wider cards & payments industry. This role will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, driving the successful launch and optimization of a commercial cards platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop technical documentation for system design, integrations, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support production issues, troubleshoot system challenges, and improve performance.
  • Contribute to platform enhancements, innovation, and compliance efforts.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for onboarding and configuration activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years' experience in banking or fintech as a Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cards Management Systems (e.g., FIS Cortex, NI, TSYS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, APIs, and financial platforms.
  • Experience with commercial card products (Corporate, Travel, Virtual Cards, CTA).
  • Proven ability in drafting TRDs, system specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
