Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event Executor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full execution process of events — from coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensuring smooth on-site delivery. You'll be the person who turns ideas into reality and makes sure every event runs flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate all aspects of event execution, from planning to completion.


• Source and communicate with vendors (decor, catering, lighting, photography, printing, etc.).


• Obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and manage logistics to stay within budget.


• Oversee setup, operations, and teardown during events.


• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.


• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.


• Support creative team with ideas and ensure brand consistency in every event.


• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve under pressure.

Qualifications


• Experience in event coordination, management, or production (preferred but not required).


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.


• Fluent in Arabic and English (required).


• Riyadh-based and available for on-site event days.
