We Are Hiring – Public Relations Officer

ZMI Holdings
is looking for a talented and experienced
Public Relations Officer
to join our team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a driven professional with strong communication, government relations, and documentation expertise to support our operations and represent our company with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government relations activities, including visa processing, iqama renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with relevant government authorities and ensure compliance with KSA laws and procedures.
  • Handle company registrations, licensing, and official documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support employee onboarding, legal processes, and administrative matters.
  • Represent the company professionally in all public and governmental interactions.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of PRO tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    as a Public Relations Officer.
  • Previous experience working with reputable and well-known companies.
  • Strong understanding of KSA government portals, procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with high professionalism and integrity.
