We are looking for a motivated and results-driven 
Affiliate Marketing Specialist
 to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract new affiliates, optimizing current campaigns, and maximizing ROI through strong relationship management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across multiple platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates to maximize performance and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand goals and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and affiliate program policies.
  • Manage affiliate budgets, commissions, and incentive programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, etc.), and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
