Your role at Hostinger
As part of Hostinger's Affiliate Marketing team, you'll lead the expansion and optimization of our affiliate program in the
Middle East and North Africa region
. You'll work closely with
p
erformance marketing, localization, and growth teams
to strengthen partnerships and identify new market opportunities.

Your day-to-day

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new affiliate partners across the MENA region, mainly Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
  • Nurture relationships with key affiliates to drive sustainable growth
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure market-aligned strategies
  • Research and implement new growth channels and affiliate opportunities
  • Integrate automation and AI tools into daily operations for higher productivity

Your Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the MENA digital marketing landscape knowledge of local affiliates, such as: main news and technology websites, main coupon websites, digital communities, etc.
  • Proven record of developing and managing affiliate relationships
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • General proficiency in automation and AI tools
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
