Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Manager
Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of the project within area of assigned responsibility. Manages power generation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring technical, budgetary, and schedule objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities: - Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. - Monitor project progress and report to senior management. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Address risks and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills: - Must be a college or university graduate preferably in the field of Engineering or related field, professionally licensed and with studies leading to higher level of education. – At least [8-10] years (post qualification) work experience in project management experience in oil & gas. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred: - PMP or equivalent certification. - Experience with EPC power projects in GCC.
Other Requirements: -Mustregister with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Driving license is mandatory.
