Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager (Engineer)
with a strong background in
safety management
to oversee and coordinate our projects in Dammam and the Northern Region, ensuring successful execution according to schedule and the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all project phases from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards on all sites.
  • Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor quality of execution and adherence to engineering specifications.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in developing process improvement strategies and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ranging from 7 to 10 years
  • Strong and demonstrable background in
    safety management
    and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
