What You'll Do

• Construction Planning & Execution:
  Lead and manage all phases of HRSG and Boiler construction activities, from mobilization through installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Management:
  Direct, supervise, and mentor large multi-disciplinary construction teams (mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, instrumentation), subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution and high productivity.
• Schedule & Budget Control:
  Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed construction schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating delays or cost overruns, and implementing recovery plans as necessary.
• Quality & Safety Assurance:
  Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and HSE regulations throughout all construction activities. Drive a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with client and international standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, project management, engineering teams, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Resource Management:
  Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, materials, and tools effectively to optimize construction efficiency and meet project milestones.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks and technical challenges. Resolve field issues promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
• Technical Oversight:
  Provide technical guidance and oversight for complex HRSG and Boiler erection, assembly, piping connections, pressure part installations, refractory works, and auxiliary systems integration.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, daily logs, quality records, and turnover documentation with accuracy and professionalism to senior management and clients.
• Commissioning Support:
  Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HRSG and Boiler systems, coordinating with commissioning teams and ensuring readiness for operational handover.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive Experience:
  years of progressive hands-on experience in Construction Management, with a significant portfolio of work in power plant projects focusing on Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) and Boiler systems.
• Industry Expertise:
  Deep understanding of HRSG and Boiler construction methodologies, erection sequences, installation procedures, testing protocols, and commissioning requirements for combined-cycle and thermal power plants.
• Technical Acumen:
  Strong grasp of mechanical construction principles, pressure part installations, piping systems, refractory and insulation works, structural steel erection, and applicable codes (ASME, API, etc.).
• Leadership & Management:
  Proven ability to lead and manage large, multicultural construction teams effectively. Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Project Management Skills:
  Proficiency in project planning, scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project), cost control, resource allocation, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.
• Safety Focus:
  Demonstrated commitment to construction safety, with comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety regulations, risk management, and HSE best practices. Relevant safety certifications are highly valued.
• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Mobility:
  Willingness to be site-based in Dammam, KSA, for extended project durations, and immediate availability to join.
