Behind the scenes, we build powerful systems to manage sourcing, inspection, merchandising, financing, logistics, and more.
Syarah is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale retail car sales performance. The role is responsible for driving revenue, managing sales pipelines, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across Syarah's digital automotive platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail car sales operations to achieve volume and revenue targets
- Own sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion optimization
- Work closely with marketing, pricing, and operations teams to execute sales campaigns
- Ensure competitive pricing and strong value propositions aligned with market trends
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports
- Manage escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with finance partners (banks, leasing) to support financing solutions
- Support expansion plans and new sales initiatives
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in automotive sales
- Strong background in retail sales, dealerships, or automotive platforms
- Proven ability to manage targets, pipelines, and performance metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of automotive finance and pricing
- Fluent in Arabic; good English is preferred
