Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing market trends to adjust sales tactics. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in facilities management or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
