Job Objective:

Enhance the company's online presence and engagement by managing social media platforms, creating effective content, and supporting overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across different formats (posts, stories, videos, reels).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts on platforms including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, company's website etc.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with photographers, and external vendors to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Social Media Content Creation skills.
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Good design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content.
