We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Create, manage, and publish high-quality content on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and community interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably within an agency).
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and Saudi social media culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (writing and speaking).
  • Experience with content planning, community management, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of paid ad management (Meta, TikTok, Google) is a plus.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مدير وسائل تواصل اجتماعي مبدع ومتمكن للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر المنصات المختلفة لزيادة التفاعل وتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وتحقيق نمو ملموس.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التواصل الاجتماعي بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
  • إنشاء وإدارة ونشر محتوى جذاب على إنستغرام، تيك توك، إكس، لينكدإن، وغيرها.
  • التعاون مع فريق التصميم والاستراتيجية لضمان اتساق الهوية البصرية والرسائل.
  • إدارة التعاون مع المؤثرين وحملات التسويق والتفاعل مع المجتمع.
  • تحليل الأداء الشهري وتقديم تقارير وتوصيات للتحسين.
  • متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والأدوات في عالم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة مثبتة كمدير وسائل تواصل اجتماعي (ويُفضل في وكالة تسويق).
  • فهم قوي لثقافة وبيئة التواصل الاجتماعي في السعودية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.
  • مهارة في تخطيط المحتوى وإدارة المجتمعات وتحليل الأداء.
  • معرفة بإدارة الإعلانات المدفوعة (Meta، TikTok، Google) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
