About the Role
GBNTC is the authorised reseller for Glider.AI solution across Middle East and GBNTC will represent & drive the sales team in promoting & reselling Glider solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to work with us as a dedicated person to promote & sell Glider products. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting enterprise sales engagements to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients (Public, Government and Private Institutions) and prospects in Saudi Arabia & Middle East.
· Prospect for potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
· Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, in collaboration with the reseller team.
· Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
· Draft and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations to enterprise customers.
· Collaborate & work with multi-functional teams across GBNTC & Glider.AI team on Marketing, Events, customer experience and gather valuable feedback.
· Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales goals
· Work along with Glider Team to extend continued support in account management and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities, track industry trends, and map competition.
· Maintain and update prospect lists, sales pipeline, and CRM records to track progress against targets.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (SaaS, IT solutions, HR tech, or related industries preferred).
· Has Hands-on experience and should be able to comfortably demo software products in-live with prospects.
· Proven experience in lead generation, business development, and account management.
· Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in both Arabic and English.
· Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
· Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to leverage online platforms and professional networks.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
