Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installation practices, and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and quality standards
  • Proven experience conducting inspections, compiling reports, and documenting compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Relevant certifications related to mechanical or electrical inspection are a plus
