We are a forward-thinking consulting firm dedicated to delivering impactful solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our team and contribute to client projects through data analysis, research, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data under the guidance of a project manager to support project objectives.
  • Conduct research-based activities using diverse methodologies to develop informed perspectives on client issues, aiding both project delivery and business development.
  • Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables that clearly communicate key insights and drive meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with peers by sharing ideas and supporting work, including on projects beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • Assist project managers with coordination tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Actively participate in team discussions by providing constructive viewpoints and challenging ideas to foster robust solutions.
  • Identify and pursue learning opportunities to continuously enhance skills across core consulting and talent solution areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent research capabilities and familiarity with various research methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues proactively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support project coordination.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within consulting and talent solutions.
