Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Female Fitness Trainer position based in Jeddah at Aura Centers. The Female Fitness Trainer will conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, lead dynamic group classes, and provide expert guidance on fitness programs. Responsibilities include developing client-specific workout routines, ensuring safe and effective exercise execution, and maintaining a supportive and welcoming environment. Trainers are expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and serve as motivational figures to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and leading classes effectively
  • Proficiency in Fitness Training techniques and a solid understanding of the Fitness Industry
  • Strong commitment to Customer Service and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Certification in fitness training or related disciplines from an accredited organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to foster a motivational and client-centered environment
