Background & Role Overview

Due to the establishment of a KSA entity, we require our first Human Resources Manager to support us to set up and establish our HR practices for CTRD Arabia. Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, this role will partner with business leaders and play a critical role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives.

This position requires a proactive approach to talent management, employee relations, and organisational development, ensuring compliance with KSA labour laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to KSA employment regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
  • Systems and Reporting: Provide expertise around the implementation of, and the ongoing management of a HR System, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, to ensure that hiring managers are supported and take a proactive approach to understanding their hiring needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with finance and our enablement functions to and make recommendations to ensure that our offering to colleagues is attractive and sustainable.
  • Learning & Development: Work closely with managers, providing coaching and mentoring as required, to ensure that colleagues receive regular support and feedback.
  • Work across the HR Team as required, supporting on initiatives to maximise the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

Essential 

  • Experience of, and understanding of how to create HR processes and frameworks in KSA
  • Expert knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Desirable 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
