Overview:

City Squares Company is seeking a qualified HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations. This includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Duties:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and Saudi labor laws.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and career development plans.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Saudi nantionality (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
