Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to manage and oversee the smooth movement of goods, materials, and equipment within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the import, export, and domestic movement of goods and materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock and shipment records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle discrepancies, damages, or delays and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support procurement and warehouse teams when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management (Saudi Arabia experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
