The client is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to lead and optimize our organization's treasury operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies, coupled with strong banking relations to support our financial growth. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of financial regulations in Saudi Arabia and the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and investment activities.


• Develop and implement strategies for liquidity optimization, risk management, and working capital efficiency.


• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms for financing and transactions.


• Manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting to ensure operational and capital needs are met.


• Negotiate and review banking facilities, credit lines, and other treasury-related agreements.


• Monitor compliance with internal financial policies, local regulations, and ZATCA guidelines.


• Oversee treasury reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to senior management.


• Support the CFO in strategic financial planning, debt management, and investment decisions.

Requirements:


• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification


• Minimum 7–10 years of treasury experience, preferably in the retail sector.


• Strong, established banking relationships within Saudi Arabia.


• In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, foreign exchange, trade finance, and investment practices.


• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure competitive banking terms.


• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.


• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
