We are hiring a highly skilled Outdoor Sales Representative specialized in building materials (marble – ceramics – porcelain – adhesives – grout).

This role is NOT a general sales job — we are looking for a professional who understands technical products, project sales, and B2B client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with contractors, construction companies, showrooms, and project managers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and open new B2B accounts.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients and project sites.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on collections, and ensure proper customer support.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Minimum
    2 years experience
    in sales of building materials, porcelain, marble, or construction-related products.
  • Strong understanding of project sales and B2B customers.
  • Valid driving license & willingness for field visits.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred

  • Experience with
    porcelain cutting, marble workshops, or finishing materials
    .
  • Existing client network in the region.
