We are expanding our sales team and looking for a passionate IT Sales Representative who enjoys meeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right tech products and solutions.

About the Role

As an IT Sales Representative, you will visit customers and businesses across Riyadh to promote and sell a wide range of IT and smart products, including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, accessories (mice, keyboards, flash drives, inks), software licenses (Office 365, Windows, antivirus), networking equipment, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV cameras, and smart locks. You'll play a key role in connecting clients with reliable, high-quality technology while representing IHM's values of trust, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct regular visits to customers, offices, and retail clients to promote and sell IT and smart products.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust, communication, and follow-up.

·       Understand customer needs and provide the most suitable IT or smart solution.

·       Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, delivery, and installation.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

·       Stay updated on market trends, new product lines, and competitors' offerings.

·       Represent IHM at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business, or Marketing.

· –3 years of experience in IT product sales, field sales, or technology distribution.

·       Solid understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and smart devices.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

·       Valid Saudi driver's license and readiness for local travel.

·       Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
