Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, clients, and vendors to design tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions that address customer needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technologies into business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Engagement & Solution Design:
•
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points.
•
Develop and present tailored IT and cybersecurity solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, BoQs, and technical specifications.
•
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrations for proposed solutions.
•
Work with vendors and partners to ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements and compliance standards.
•
Work closely with the technical teams of all parties to ensure the Compliance Matrix of each project for the purpose of fulfilling the overall requirements and covering the complete SOW.
Customer Interaction:
•
Engage with customers in meetings, workshops, and presentations to explain solution capabilities and value propositions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed technical and commercial responses.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders (technical and business).
Technical Expertise:
• Stay updated on the latest IT and cybersecurity technologies, including cutting-edg technologies, AI, networking, network and applications security, endpoint protection, cloud computing, cloud security, SIEM/SOC solutions, NOC solutions, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NCA ECC, PDPL, etc.).
• Map proposed solutions to compliance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Assist in the transition of closed deals to post-sales teams for smooth implementation.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors for pricing, technical clarifications, and joint customer visits.
• Provide input to product management teams on market needs and solution gaps.
• Support marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within IT and/or cybersecurity.
•
Skills:
Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills in English and Arabic.
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
