Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will handle the day-to-day management of key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. They will develop and execute tailored business plans, make data-driven decisions, and be responsible for addressing client needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the success of projects. The role will involve strategic planning and close collaboration with other teams to meet company objectives and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and Key Accounts handling to build and sustain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop and execute successful client strategies
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to understand and address clients' needs promptly and effectively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the events and exhibitions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
