Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and networked
Business Development – Government Sector
to lead high-value engagements with ministries, semi-government entities, and national programs. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with public sector procurement, Vision 2030 transformation projects, and strategic account growth within the logistics, technology, or digital services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted BD strategy for public and semi-government clients across KSA.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across ministries, government agencies, and digital transformation offices.
- Identify, qualify, and close multi-million SAR deals in alignment with Vision 2030 programs and national mandates.
- Lead RFP and tender processes in collaboration with proposal, legal, and technical teams.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, committees, and cross-ministerial task forces.
- Create tailored pitches, policy-aligned presentations, and commercial models that resonate with public sector stakeholders.
- Monitor industry developments (NTDP, PIF, SDAIA, MoT, MCIT, etc.) and translate them into actionable growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and legal to ensure successful onboarding and contract execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in government-facing BD, partnerships, or strategic sales.
- Strong portfolio of public sector wins or influence in Saudi Arabia (PIF entities, ministerial clients, semi gov )
- Proven success navigating RFPs, tenders, and public procurement processes.
- Experience in logistics sector, tech sales, digital services, or digital transformation preferred.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong proposals building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or related fields.
