Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a B2B Business Development Specialist – Government Tenders with a required experience in the training sector. The specialist will conduct research and analyze government tender opportunities within the training industry. The role includes developing new business relationships, identifying and generating leads, preparing and submitting tender proposals, and fostering long-term relationships with governmental organizations. The position also entails collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs and ensuring superior customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating market trends and government tender requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and building lasting B2B client relationships.
  • Expertise in market research for identifying new opportunities and understanding market demands.
  • Customer service skills to provide exceptional client interactions and maintain satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the training sector and government tender processes is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
