Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do
As a Global Strategic Partnerships Manager at Keeta, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our most impactful brand collaborations on a global scale. You will lead the development of strategic initiatives with key international partners, aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver both business growth and brand elevation. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Strategic Brand Partnerships

  • Lead the creation and execution of partnership strategies that align with Keeta's global and regional business goals.
  • Design high-impact collaboration models to drive brand value, business growth, and long-term partner success. 2. Manage Key Partner Relationships
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key strategic partners including cross boundary brands or global scale IP, managing communication across all stakeholder levels.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships and ensure alignment on strategic direction, priorities, and joint initiatives. 3. Identify and Expand Strategic Opportunities
  • Continuously scan the market to identify high-value brand partners across industries and geographies.
  • Develop tailored, innovative proposals that leverage Keeta's core strengths to open new growth channels and create mutual value. 4. Drive Cross-functional Execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to translate partner needs into actionable plans.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of joint initiatives. 5. Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as user acquisition, brand exposure, engagement, and ROI.
  • Lead ongoing performance reviews and optimization efforts to maximize partnership impact and efficiency.

What We Need From You

  • Experienced: 7+ years in brand partnerships, business development, strategic marketing, or related roles. Proven success in managing large-scale, high-value partnerships.
  • Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Able to think big while executing with precision and speed.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage mutual relationships.
  • Negotiator: Skilled in complex, multi-party negotiations with a win-win mindset.
  • Analytical: Comfortable making data-driven decisions and conducting market analysis.
  • Global-Minded: Experience working in international contexts or across cultures is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
