      Position Summary The Procurement Executive will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company's event management and event services operations. This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.       Key Responsibilities •Supplier Identification and Selection: Research and identify potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. •Request for Proposals (RFPs): Develop and issue RFPs to solicit bids from qualified suppliers. •Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. •Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders to initiate the procurement process. •Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collaboration. •Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. •Cost Control: Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and optimize spending. •Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. •Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. •Strong negotiation and communication skills. •Excellent organizational and time management skills. •Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. •Understanding of event management and event services industry requirements.Benefits •15% annual bonus or commission •Flight tickets •Medical insurance for self and family •2 -year contract •5 -day work week with 8 -hour shifts
