Ensure that allocated facilities fitted CCTV and FLIR are connected to CCR and functioning at least 90% – 95%. Key Accountabilities: Description

• Ensure effective communication and accessibility to all sites connected to the Control Room.
• Ensure CCTV System connected to the Control Room are operational.
• Identifying and reporting of all fire alarms and motion detection raised by the CCTV system deployed at ALJ facilities connected to the system.

Major Activities

1. Operate the CCTV and FLIR as per the guidelines and manual provided.
2. Identify and report all fire alarms and motion detection raised by the CCTV system deployed at all locations connected to the system.
3. Deal with all emergencies as per Company's Emergency Policy and Procedures.
4. Ensure effective communication to all sites connected to the control room.
5. Check security associate's attendance punctuality and ensure that all sites are manned and record any incident in OB. 
6. Inform the security in charge on duty immediately if any security guard is not relieved or of any post that is not occupied.
7. Inform concerned manager of any incidents at ALJ premises in the area for which he is responsible for.  
8. Record all activities with all required details in case of emergencies in order to creatin a comprehensive report regarding the incident. 
9. Assure are all gates locked and ensuring the keys are safely kept and maintained. 
10. Monitor the CCTV/FLIR System and report any abnormalities to the security senior supervisor. 
11. Responsible for the healthy check on each shift to ensure the system operational In case of any faulty in order to report to CCR.
12. Ensure that all the security dogs are deployed on time and record any inconsistency at applicable sites.
13. Monitor all contractors and visitors on CCTV and report any inconsistency. 
14. Handover the shift to incoming duty operator and notify him about all incidents occurred (if any) and other activities during his shift. Such handover should be formally recorded. 
15. Responsible of maintaining the control room's equipment, which includes CCTV, NVRs, and is accountable to report for any faults that might occur for quick actions. 
16. Manage access the Control Room Authorization and ensure that any guests and visitors should apply for an access permit prior to the visit.

• The job requires advanced knowledge in operating/monitoring CCTV /FLIR system as per the guidelines and manual. 
• The job has direct impact over managing security associate's attendance punctuality and ensure that all sites are equipped and full of security capacity.

The job holder has the authority to grant access of CCTV system to heads of departments as per instruction given by line mangers

Minimum Qualifications
High school or diploma or equivalent. Minimum Experience
