About the Role

We are seeking a capable Project Manager KSA national, based in Saudi Arabia to lead software implementation projects, ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end software delivery, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful execution in dynamic client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation and regular progress reports.
  • Travel across Saudi Arabia as required by business or client demands.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP or CRM) preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (optional).
