The Solution Architect Salesforce will be responsible for owning and defining the end-to-end solutions for projects initiated by Enterprise Business Units.  Building on his understanding of Salesforce landscape and deep hands-on experience for telecommunications products, he will generate solution artifacts and ensure consensus from different stakeholders around it.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead solution discussion and design activities sessions among different stakeholders to discuss proposed scope & requirements.
  • Own the complete landscape for Sales & Commission management capabilities for B2B.
  • Lead full integrated value proposition through different touch points between BSS & Digital systems for B2B. Lead to cash and Lead to order.
  • Prepare solution design artifacts and review different artifacts or design documents to ensure conformance to the proposed solution.
  • Follow industry best practice around building technical solutions & delivering on business expectations.
  • Develop the solution architecture in alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture guidance
  • Provide perspectives on how industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices can apply to the target solution, leveraging guidance and expertise from the broader enterprise architecture group as applicable
  • Support Product Owners, Business Users, BA and others in creating roadmap for complex CRs
  • Help in applying agile practices among solution architecture team
  • Lead E2E solution architecture across BSS, OSS and Digital for product offering for telecommunication in consumer and enterprise domains like connectivity products, managed services, AI & cloud propositions for B2B beside a fundamental understanding of L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA, FTTX, VoLTE, VoBB, 5G, Cloud Services and B2B Marketplace.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in telecommunications and 7+ years of experience as a solution architect.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (certifications are mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge in tmForum standards and their use (certification is a plus).
  • Solid telecommunication experience dealing with BSS / CRM & Salesforce.
  • Understanding of product offering for telecommunication service providers like 5G, Broadband, Digital Services & GSM.
  • Previous experience leading successful projects in telecommunication which delivers values in Sales & Commissioning domain
