Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Responsibilities will include developing robust employer branding initiatives, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet organizational talent needs. The position also involves overseeing recruitment strategies to align with the Academy's objectives and driving innovation in identifying top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience in conducting Hiring and Interviewing for diverse roles
- Knowledge and ability to develop and enhance Employer Branding strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with local recruitment laws and best practices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a plus
