Role Summary

As Co-Founder / Investor you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future growth. The core focus is on fundraising, investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* **Lead Fundraising Initiatives**: Manage capital raising efforts — from seed rounds through Series A and beyond. Engage venture capitalists, angel investors, private equity, etc.

* **Investor Outreach & Relationship Building**: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with investors. Keep them informed, aligned, and engaged with long-term company goals.

* **Pitching & Presentations**: Craft and deliver compelling pitch decks and financial models to showcase OneZero Solutions' potential in digital marketing / SEO landscape.

* **Negotiation & Deal Structuring**: Lead deal negotiations, structure term sheets, and ensure alignment with company strategy.

* **Ongoing Investor Communication & Reporting**: Provide regular performance updates, strategic progress reports, and financial forecasts to investors to foster transparency and trust.

* **Strategic Leadership & Partnerships**: Collaborate with founding team to define strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and forge strategic partnerships or alliances.

* **Market Analysis & Growth Strategy**: Monitor digital marketing / SEO / web-development market trends; advise on new business growth opportunities, revenue strategies, client acquisition, and scaling business operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* **Proven Fundraising Track Record**: Experience raising capital for startups — ideally in tech or digital marketing — with success in closing funding rounds.

* **Established Investor Network**: A strong network among angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity — preferably with exposure to digital marketing or tech firms.

* **Digital Marketing / Tech Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO, website development, PPC, content marketing, analytics, CRM, and modern digital marketing tools and platforms.

* **Leadership & Strategic Vision**: Entrepreneurial mindset; able to take initiative, lead fundraising efforts, set long-term strategy, and align growth with company vision.

* **Strong Communication & Presentation Skills**: Able to craft persuasive narratives, pitch decks, and engage investors and partners effectively.

* **Financial Acumen & Analytical Skills**: Comfortable with financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting market data/trends.

* **Networking & Relationship-Building Skills**: Capable of leveraging networks to open doors for partnerships, investments, and growth initiatives.
