Co-Founder & Chief Fintech Officer (CFO)

Reports to: Founder

At Dnaara, we're building the future of time-critical payments, enabling enterprises to make seamless, compliant regulatory payments in Saudi Arabia.

We're looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Fintech Officer who will lead the regulatory, compliance, and operational backbone of Dnaara.

Role: You'll be the bridge between banks, fintech partners, and regulators, ensuring Dnaara operates securely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will also oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring payments flow without friction (Please note this is not a finance job)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance strategy with SAMA, Saudi Payments, and other government/regulatory bodies.
  • Structure and manage restricted IBANs, digital wallets, and escrow-like setups with banking partners.
  • Drive fintech and bank partnerships, including onboarding and ongoing relationships.
  • Oversee daily operations, including payment flows, client onboarding (pre-KYC), reconciliations, and exception handling.
  • Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance in coordination with partners.
  • Build the internal ops playbook to scale Dnaara efficiently.
  • Support fundraising and investor conversations on the regulatory & operational moat.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in fintech, banking, payments, or compliance (preferably in KSA/GCC). Preferably a Saudi National.
  • Strong network with banks, PSPs, or regulators.
  • Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations, the Saudi Payments ecosystem, and fintech operations.
  • Experience managing regulatory compliance + operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Startup mindset: hands-on, fast execution, comfortable with risk/reward.
